Rani Harb

Rani Harb, PhD, is an accomplished Material Scientist Lead for AI/ML with a focus on predictive solutions at the intersection of Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Machine Learning. Currently leading efforts at Syensqo since December 2023, Rani has previously held similar leadership roles at Solvay. Experience includes advanced modeling and simulation at The Coca-Cola Company, MSC Software, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and research positions at UC Irvine School of Medicine and UCLA. Rani’s expertise encompasses a wide range of materials and methodologies, including finite element analysis and the development of machine learning workflows, complemented by a solid educational background in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and Georgia Institute of Technology.
