Ryan Tomaine

Ryan Tomaine is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in chemical engineering, currently serving as a Technical Manager at Syensqo since December 2023 and at Solvay since June 2013. Throughout the tenure at Solvay, Ryan has held various roles, including Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer, overseeing wastewater plant operations, commissioning new equipment, and optimizing batch unit rates. Ryan has been actively involved in safety committees, improving site safety culture, and training operators. Additionally, Ryan gained valuable experience as a Process Engineer Intern at Procter & Gamble, where significant process improvements were achieved. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
