Daniel Bacus

Daniel Bacus has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Daniel began their career in 1987 as an HR Generalist at ProMedica, where they held various roles focusing on staffing, recruitment, leadership training, and HR operations support. Bacus then joined Mercy Memorial Hospital System as an Organizational Development Specialist from 2008 to 2011. Daniel later worked at National Vision Inc. as an Employee Relations Specialist, providing guidance on employee performance and relations. Currently, Bacus is at Syfan Logistics, where they have held several positions, including HR Manager and Organizational Development Manager. Daniel is currently serving as the Director of Community & Academic Outreach.

Daniel Bacus attended Siena Heights University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
