Robyn Connelly CTB, CCP, currently serves as Claims Manager at Syfan Logistics, a position held since November 2006, overseeing the processing and investigation of multi-mode freight claims and ensuring contract compliance. Additionally, Robyn has experience in customer service roles, including order entry, routing, and dispatch, focusing on relationship-building with drivers and shipping personnel. Previous experience includes a production role at ZUA Autoparts Inc from 1994 to 1998. Robyn Connelly is also a graduate of the University of North Georgia and has obtained certifications from the Certified Claims Professional Accreditation Council.
