Alex Stowell

Alex Stowell is a seasoned professional in the field of bioscience, currently serving as a Senior Principal Scientist at Sygnature Discovery since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions, including Principal Bioscientist at the same company and Lead Biologist at the Cancer Research UK Drug Discovery Unit between May 2018 and June 2021. Alex's experience includes a tenure as Senior Bioscientist at the Paterson Institute for Cancer Research from May 2011 to May 2018, and a role as Research Scientist at Cancer Research Technology from 2004 to 2011. Alex earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Bath, completing studies from 2000 to 2004, and attended The Grammar School for Girls in Wilmington from 1993 to 2000.
