Caroline Rook

Caroline Rook, also known as Caroline Brown, is an experienced scientific professional specializing in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK). Currently serving as Lead Scientist at Sygnature Discovery since July 2017, Caroline previously held the position of DMPK Senior Scientist. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Redx Pharma as a DMPK Scientist from September 2013 to April 2017, and at AstraZeneca in a similar role from October 2007 to September 2013. Caroline's career began as a Research Technician at the University of Manchester, where work was conducted from December 2001 to September 2007. Caroline holds a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology from the University of Dundee and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in DMPK from The University of Manchester.
