Dawn Parkins

Dawn Parkins possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the scientific and compliance sectors. Currently serving as Head of ESG & Compliance at Sygnature Discovery since February 2021, Dawn previously held the position of Director of HR and Operations at XenoGesis Ltd for nearly a decade. Earlier in the career, Dawn spent over 15 years at AstraZeneca R&D, progressing from Senior Research Technician to Home Office Liaison Officer, managing Home Office compliance and ethics coordination. Additional early roles included Research Technician at the University of Nottingham and Assistant Scientific Officer at Central Veterinary Laboratories, DEFRA, focusing on quality control and immunological product testing.
