Hoon Leong Tan

Hoon Leong Tan started their work experience at Charnwood Molecular in September 2009 as a Senior Research Chemist and worked there until January 2021. Hoon Leong then joined Sygnature Discovery in January 2021 as a Senior Scientist 1 in the Analytical/Purification department. In August 2022, they were promoted to Senior Scientist 2, and in April 2023, they took on the role of Lead Scientist (Analytical/Purification).

Hoon Leong Tan received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Studies from De Montfort University in 1999. Hoon Leong further pursued a Master of Science in Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Metabolism from Loughborough University, completing it in 2001. Following this, they attained a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicinal Chemistry from De Montfort University in 2005.
