Natasha Foster McIpd

Natasha Foster MCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Natasha currently holds the position of Vice President of People, UK at Sygnature Discovery, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Sygnature Discovery from February 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining Sygnature Discovery, Natasha worked as the Group Human Resources Manager at 2020 Legal Limited from October 2017 to September 2020. Natasha also served as the Director at Halman HR from September 2015 to October 2017.

Natasha's earlier roles include being an HR Manager at UBM Advanstar from December 2014 to June 2015, and at Advanstar Communications (UK) Ltd from March 2002 to December 2014. Natasha began their career at dmg world media, where they held positions as an HR Manager from February 2001 to February 2002 and as an HR Advisor from February 1999 to February 2001.

Natasha Foster MCIPD holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management from the University of Portsmouth and a PGDiploma in Human Resource Management from the University of West London. Natasha has also obtained various certifications including Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner from APMG International, PRINCE2™ 2017 Practitioner and PRINCE2™ Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert, and IOSH from THE INSTITUTION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH. Additionally, they obtained the MCIPD qualification from CIPD in 2001.
