Rumyana Topliyska

Rumyana Topliyska has diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Rumyana currently works at Sygnature Discovery as the Head of Group Procurement, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Commercial Contracts from April 2019 to December 2021, and as a Commercial Contracts Manager from September 2017 to March 2019.

Before joining Sygnature Discovery, Rumyana worked at Retail Assist as a Contract Manager from January 2015 to September 2017, and as a Contracts Administrator from May 2012 to December 2014. Prior to this, they obtained a Professional Qualification in Contract & Commercial Management from the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) in 2016. Rumyana holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in European Business and Finance from Nottingham Trent University, which they completed between 2008 and 2010. Rumyana also has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Rumyana completed their Bachillerato, with a focus on bilingual education and secondary education studies, from Instituto bilingüe de Bachillerato “Miguel de Cervantes” between 1998 and 2004. Additionally, Rumyana has obtained certifications in Ethical Procurement and Supply in 2022 and 2023 from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, as well as a Contract and Commercial Management Practitioner (CCMP) certification from IACCM in 2016.
