Keyvin Loaiza has been working at Sykes CR since July 2015 and currently holds the title of TAC engineer. Keyvin provides technical assistance on networking features and call routing scenarios. Keyvin also works at TeleTech as an Ingeniero de telecomunicaciones since October 2018. Keyvin has a degree from the Cisco Networking Academy in CCNA Collaboration, CCNA R&S, and CCNA CVNS, as well as a degree in preschool education from Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica from 2013 to 2015.
