Alex Kelsey

Alex Kelsey has extensive experience in user experience design and leadership, currently serving as Head of User Experience at Sykes Holiday Cottages since March 2019. Prior to this role, Alex held the same position at The Hut Group from March 2018 to March 2019 and cultivated a diverse range of roles at Shop Direct from May 2008 to March 2018, including Product Owner and User Experience Design Manager. Alex began a career in multimedia design at Monster from November 2006 to January 2008. Academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Computer Animation and Special Effects from the University of Bradford, earned from 2001 to 2005.
