Cheryl Johnston McIpd

Cheryl Johnston MCIPD currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Forge Holiday Group since January 2024, while also holding the position of Head of HR at Sykes Holiday Cottages and Your Housing Group since July 2022 and April 2017, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Strategic HR at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and various HR leadership positions at Places for People, a prominent property management and leisure organization in the UK, where Cheryl contributed significantly to HR operations from 1999 to 2016. Earlier career stages involved HR Advisory roles at RVI NHS Hospital in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Cheryl Johnston holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University and a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from Humberside College.
