Laura Taylor-Black

Laura Taylor-Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Premium Account Specialist at Sykes Holiday Cottages since November 2019, Laura has previously held the position of Client Account Manager at design et al from May 2018 to November 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing Assistant at IS Consultancy (UK) Ltd Signage from February 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities encompassed content marketing, social media management, public relations, and customer retention management. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications and Writing from Wrexham University (2007-2010) and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Interior Design at the British College of Interior Design, alongside additional education at Coleg Cambria.
