Toaa Refaat

Toaa Refaat has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career in 2013 at Al-Nada for Media Advertising as a Sales Representative, where they focused on establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships and achieving sales targets. From 2013 to 2016, Toaa worked at ECCO Outsourcing as a Sales & Customer Services Agent, where they specialized in establishing new accounts and validating customer data for Vodafone.

In 2016, Toaa moved to Takaml BIS, working as a Sales Representative. Their responsibilities included promoting and selling products/services, developing positive business relationships, and meeting sales targets. They then joined fetchr in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative, handling incoming calls, providing accurate information, and resolving service problems.

Toaa continued to expand their skill set and experience. They worked as a Quality Assurance Agent at fetchr in 2019, reviewing and auditing order delivery status and ensuring quality service. In 2020, Toaa joined MIG Academy as a Sales Executive, where they conducted virtual client meetings and demonstrated products. Later that year, they worked at Dealzania as an Account Manager, responding to customer queries, analyzing product malfunctions, and identifying customer needs.

In 2021, Toaa Refaat joined Tagerly as an Account Manager, taking charge of customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. They then moved to radio masr fondation (Time up media) in 2022, working as an Account Manager.

Their most recent position is at Eagle Air in 2022, where Toaa holds the role of Senior Sales Executive. They are responsible for driving sales and maintaining relationships with clients. Lastly, Toaa currently holds the position of Account Manager at Sylndr since 2023.

Toaa Refaat attended New Cairo Academy from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
