Max Kandel

Max Kandel is a seasoned professional in site acquisition and commercial real estate, currently serving as a Sr. Site Acquisition Specialist at Electrify America since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisor and Real Estate Broker at Marcus & Millichap from April 2018 to June 2024. Max co-owned The Strain Train, a medical cannabis delivery service, from April 2013 to March 2018, demonstrating strong customer service and team management skills. Earlier experience includes roles in management and accounting at 40 Acres Collective and as a warehouse worker at Smith and Hawkins Furniture. Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University and an Associate’s Degree in the same field from Berkeley City College.
