Kevin Powell

Kevin Powell is a skilled mechanical design professional with extensive experience in design engineering, process engineering, and CAD operations. Currently serving as a Mechanical Design Checker at Sylvan, Inc. since August 2023, Kevin previously held the position of Design Engineer and PDM Administrator at SERAPID Group from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Kevin was a Designer at J&R Design Systems and a Process Engineer at Eagle Ottawa by Lear Corporation. Kevin's career began at Eagle Ottawa, where responsibilities included work as a CAD Operator. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Lawrence Technological University, expected to be completed in December 2023, and an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Lansing Community College.
