Mike Pierce

Mike Pierce is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Site Quality Manager at Sylvan, Inc. since April 2023. With a diverse background in quality assurance, Mike has worked as a Quality Surveillance Specialist for Independent Contract Inspector since August 2012, overseeing projects in the oil and gas sector including work with Shell Appalachia and Hess Utica. As a Field Quality Supervisor at Matrix NAC since September 2018, Mike manages quality programs for ExxonMobil. Additionally, Mike is the owner of Vulcan Inspection LLC, providing contract surveillance services to the oil and gas industry, and co-manages a family-operated equestrian training facility, Cabin Run Equestrian LLC. Prior roles include Quality Engineer at Linde Engineering North America Inc. and Sr Inspector at Thyssenkrupp TKIS USA. Mike studied at Peirce College from 2006 to 2008.
