Krista Reid has over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Krista is currently the Chief Accounting Officer at Sylvan Road Capital LLC, where they are responsible for managing all aspects of corporate and fund-level accounting for multiple funds of single-family homes. Prior to this role, Krista worked as an Intercompany Reporting Manager at Invesco Ltd., where they analyzed and reclassified data in Invesco's complex ownership structure. Krista also has experience as a Director-Financial Management at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate and as a CFO and President at Hodges Management and Leasing Company. Krista has held various other accounting and financial roles throughout their career, including positions at ING Clarion, Lodgian, HQ Global Workplaces, Lend Lease Real Estate, and Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP. Their experience includes managing staff, generating financial reports, coordinating audits, and preparing tax returns.
Krista Reid attended Auburn University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In September 1990, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Georgia Secretary of State.
