Joe Adiletta

Joe Adiletta has worked in a variety of roles in the energy industry since 1999. Joe began their career as a Product Manager at MicroStrategy in 1999. After three years, they became a Consultant at Product Genesis. In 2006, they took on a role as a Consultant at Gen3 Partners and a Senior Product Manager at A123Systems. From 2011 to 2014, Joe was a Senior Product Manager and Director of Strategic Products at Digital Lumens. Joe then moved to LiquiGlide as the Director of Client Engagement & Programs. In 2016, Joe became the Senior Director of Products at 24M Technologies. In 2020, they took on the roles of Head of Business Development and Marketing and BU Senior Director - Beyond Lithium at Ionic Materials, Inc. Most recently, Joe was appointed as the VP of Battery Commercialization at Sylvatex (SVX) in 2022.

Joe Adiletta obtained their MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a MEng in Engineering Management from Cornell University between 1992 and 1997, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University between 1992 and 1996.
