K'Lynne Johnson

K'Lynne Johnson has extensive experience in the corporate sector. K'Lynne currently serves as a Board Director for BlueScope since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Board Director and Compensation Committee Chair for J.M. Huber Corporation since 2020. K'Lynne also held the position of Board Director and Compensation & Human Capital Committee Chair for FMC Corporation since 2013, and Chair, Board of Directors for Trinseo since 2017. In 2016, they were a Non Executive Board Director for Sylvatex, and a Board of Trustees Member for The Morton Arboretum since 2013. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Executive Chair and President & CEO of Elevance Renewable Sciences, Inc., a specialty chemical company. Additionally, they were a Board Director for TPC Group from 2011 to 2013, and a Senior Advisor for TPG from 2006 to 2007. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Senior Vice President, VP/ Performance Unit Leader for BP Innovene, with P&L accountability for global commodity and specialty chemicals businesses.

K'Lynne Johnson completed their Masters in Organizational Behavior - Marriott School of Mgmt at Brigham Young University between 1990 and 1992. K'Lynne then obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University between 1986 and 1989.
