Matt Bell has extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as the Strategic Procurement Manager for the Eastern Freeway BTA at Symal Group since March 2014. Previously, Matt held various roles, including Procurement Lead, Procurement Manager, and Project Manager at Symal Group. Prior to this, Matt was a Project Manager at Contract Control Services Pty Ltd from November 2008 to March 2014 and served as a Senior Manager at Target Australia from March 1995 to November 2008. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Business from Deakin University (2000-2002) and a VCE (HSC) from Ballarat High School (1981-1987).
