Anne-Lise Grosmougin

Anne-Lise Grosmougin is an accomplished professional currently serving as VP of Operations at Symbio since October 2023. Previously, from January 2007 to April 2023, Anne-Lise held various leadership roles at Otis Elevator Co., including Sr Director of the Gien Manufacturing site, overseeing more than 600 employees and managing P&L for new equipment and modernization business units. Anne-Lise has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic vision, achieving operational excellence, leading site transformations, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on safety and quality. Prior experience includes roles at General Motors, Detroit Diesel Corporation, and Wayne State University, with strong foundations in engineering and teaching. Anne-Lise holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and completed an executive leadership development program at HEC Paris.
