Benjamin Decamp

Benjamin DECAMP is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in the aerospace and automotive sectors. Currently, at Symbio since July 2023, Benjamin oversees low and medium power programs for the bus and off-road markets, managing multidisciplinary teams and driving the company's transformation from a startup to a Tier 1 automobile industry player. Prior to Symbio, Benjamin held several key positions at Safran, including program director for DASSAULT Falcon projects with significant budget management responsibilities and client interactions. Additional roles at Zodiac Aerospace and LORD Corporation involved leading complex projects and substantial budget oversight, while contributions at SKF Aerospace and Groupe MECACHROME focused on product line responsibilities and industrialization projects. Benjamin holds a degree in materials from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM.
