Clément Gay

Clément Gay is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and process leadership. Currently serving as a Process Leader at Symbio since July 2020, Clément also founded WordClock by StarkAllister, an auto-entreprise specializing in clock manufacturing, inspired by a concept discovered during a trip to Brussels in March 2018. Prior to these roles, Clément worked as an Industrialization Engineer at ELITYS CONSULTING, focusing on capacity enhancement for an automotive equipment supplier. Additional experience includes roles at Faurecia, where Clément coordinated cost reduction projects and performed lean manufacturing analysis, as well as internships in various industrial sectors. Clément holds degrees from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
