Moises Costa

Moises Costa serves as the Director of Public Affairs and Market Development at Symbio, a role commenced in October 2021, where responsibilities encompass advocacy and global relations with the public sector and industry stakeholders while facilitating market development for hydrogen mobility ecosystems. Previously, as the Director of Public Affairs at Symbio, Moises led the professionalization of the Public Affairs function during a critical growth phase. Prior experience includes serving as Head of the Brussels Office for MAN Truck & Bus SE, where Moises rebuilt stakeholder relations and played a key role in regulatory negotiations post-diesel scandals. Moises's earlier roles include International Government Relations Manager at Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus, where strategic negotiations led to significant sales growth and program access in Latin America and Africa. Moises holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts from Brown University and a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University, along with ongoing executive business education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
