Pascal Blanchard

Pascal Blanchard has extensive experience in business development, aftersales management, and training within the manufacturing and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Business Development and Aftersales Director at Symbio since July 2022, Pascal has implemented a Customer Care team and developed a data monitoring unit for client fleets. Previous roles at Krones included leadership positions overseeing regional field service teams across France, Belgium, and Algeria, and managing training, maintenance, and customer service functions. Earlier experience includes positions at Plastic Omnium as Learning Manager, Renault Trucks as Technical Training Manager, and Volvo Powertrain as International Quality Manager. Pascal holds an engineering degree from ECAM LaSalle, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Université Jean Moulin, and a certificate in management from emlyon business school.
