Adrian Scalese

Adrian Scalese is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Symbio, accountable for Customer Service, Billing, Service Assurance, and Provisioning within the Telco as a Service business unit since March 2022. Prior roles include serving on the Board of Directors at Communications Alliance Ltd and holding various positions at Optus, such as Associate Director of Enterprise Delivery, where responsibility included fixed enterprise connectivity and servicing a wholesale customer base. Adrian's earlier experience includes roles at Vodafone, where leadership spanned pre-sales and service delivery, and technical support positions at HP and RSL COM. Adrian holds qualifications in Transformational Leadership and Telecommunications Networks from esteemed institutions including Macquarie Graduate School of Management and the University of Technology Sydney.
