Suzanne Duffy

Suzanne Duffy is an experienced professional in products and marketing, currently serving as the General Manager Products and Marketing - TaaS at Symbio since May 2022. Prior to this, Suzanne has held key positions including Head of Products: Motoring and Electric Vehicles at The NRMA, where notable achievements included launching the SIXT car rental Electric Vehicle proposition and establishing a Mobile Mechanic Division. Additional experience includes roles in the Electric Vehicles Division at SIXT Australia, Manager of Innovation Portfolio at Transport for NSW, and various leadership positions at Vodafone Australia, AAPT, and Telstra, focusing on product strategy, customer experience, and marketing across telecommunications. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Education from Macquarie University, a Certificate of Direct Marketing from the Australian Direct Marketing Association, and has further education from TAFE NSW.
