John Neal has extensive experience in the bedding manufacturing industry, currently serving at Symbol Mattress since September 2007, where the company is recognized as the 13th largest bedding manufacturer in the United States. Prior to this, John held the role of Director at LUFT from 2017 to 2018 and was an Associate at Butler Capital Investments, LLC from 2003 to 2007, specializing in procurement for hedge funds and private equity clients. John's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
