Andrew Gonzales has extensive management experience across various industries, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills. Currently serving as General Manager at Symbotic since July 2017, Andrew oversees team performance and ensures efficient production processes for clients. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions as Store Manager at Sur La Table, where responsibilities included directing a team of 28 and optimizing productivity, and as Restaurant Manager at Rubinos Ristorante and Bella Italia Bistro and Wine Bar, managing daily operations, employee training, and inventory control. Andrew began professional experience in the golf industry, serving as Assistant Golf Professional at Turkey Creek Golf Club and Diamond Oaks Golf Course, focusing on instructional services and retail management. Andrew holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Sierra College.
