Gautham K. has a diverse work experience in the field of quality engineering. Gautham started their career as a Trainee at the Central Institute of Tool Design in India, where they gained knowledge in CNC programming and quality control. Gautham then worked as a Quality Engineer at TFW Industrial Supply & CNC Machine, LLC, where they coordinated the design, development, and production of engine parts. Gautham also acquired skills in analyzing reports and preparing design computations.

Gautham later joined Marathon Staffing Group as a Design Quality Engineer, responsible for manufacturing design, drafting CAD data files, and performing quality system audits. Gautham then moved on to OKIN America Inc. as a Quality Engineer, where they documented customer complaints, performed root cause analysis, and coordinated with suppliers to ensure customer specifications were met.

At Philips, Gautham worked as a Quality Engineer, creating inspection plans and reviewing documentation for compliance. Gautham also initiated Engineering Change Orders for implementing changes. Gautham then joined Dräger as a Senior Quality Data Analyst, creating data metrics, updating training records, and coordinating open DCRs.

Gautham K. obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University-Commerce between the years 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, covering the period from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Gautham K. has obtained several certifications.
