Janet Tung

Janet Tung has a wealth of work experience, starting as an English teacher at Ger-Jyh Senior High School from 1998 to 1999. Janet then worked as a freelance translator and interpreter from 1999 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an Executive Officer for the Association of Dental Science of R.O.C, where they successfully increased revenue and organized international events. Janet transitioned into the recruitment field in 2013, working as a Senior Talent Consultant and New Team Leader at PeopleSearch, specializing in digital marketing and E-commerce. During their time there, they achieved outstanding sales performance and built a talent pool from scratch. In 2017, they became a Senior Technical Recruiter at Brine Group, focusing on recruiting software engineers with various skills. Janet then worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at SessionM and ensured efficient sourcing and hiring processes, filling four positions per month. In 2018, they joined IQVIA as a Senior Technical Recruiter, specializing in software engineer recruitment and providing market insights to hiring managers. Janet later moved to athenahealth as a Lead Technical Recruiter, where they excelled in filling requisitions within tight timelines. Currently, they are employed at Symbotic as a Principal Technical Recruiter in Talent Acquisition.

Janet Tung attended Fu Jen Catholic University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on general studies in the field.
