Merline Saintil

Merline Saintil currently serves as Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Rocket Lab since June 2021, and holds several board positions in technology and finance, including roles at TD SYNNEX, GitLab Inc., Symbotic, and Evolv Technology. Previously, Merline was a board member at Banner Bank and served as COO of Change Healthcare. Contributions to governance literature include writing for Diligent Corporation and participating in podcasts focused on cybersecurity and corporate strategy. Merline earned a Master of Science in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, in addition to completing executive education at Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
