Oleksandr Muzychko

Oleksandr Muzychko has a diverse and extensive work experience. Oleksandr is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Symbotic since February 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer (consulting for Grasshopper) at GlobalLogic from July 2015 to February 2017.

Oleksandr also worked at GlobalLogic as a Senior Software Engineer (consulting for NUANCE) from October 2013 to May 2015. In this role, they played a key role in redefining the architecture of core application components and resolved major blockers for introducing new features, resulting in improved quality, flexibility, and maintainability.

Before joining GlobalLogic, Muzychko worked at GlobalLogic Ukraine for several roles. Oleksandr started as a Software Engineer in October 2007 and took part in the development of Network Connections Management utility for laptops. Oleksandr was then promoted to Senior Software Engineer in October 2008 and later served as a Team Lead from October 2010 to April 2013. In their role as a Team Lead, they were responsible for system functional analysis, solution architecture design, codding in C# and SQL, technical support, assisting the QA team, training DevOps, mentoring newcomers, and team management.

Prior to working at GlobalLogic Ukraine, they worked as a Software Engineer at JSC "K.I.T." from October 2005 to October 2007. Here, they were involved in the development of ERP systems for Insurance companies and GIS software for PocketPC. Specifically, they worked on a project called Geographic Information System, aimed at Kyiv city visitors.

From 2003 to 2009, Oleksandr Muzychko attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in Laser and Optoelectronic Instruments Engineering.
