Sara Sheehan

Sara Sheehan is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Field Training at Symbotic since October 2025. Previously, at Boston Dynamics, Sara held the positions of Associate Director and Manager of Technical Learning and Development, where contributions included leading a team to enhance customer learning strategies and developing training programs for the Spot robot. At Peak Scientific, Sara was instrumental in creating a global learning strategy and certifying field service engineers in gas generator maintenance. Earlier roles included instructing advanced composites and teaching chemistry, alongside experience as a research assistant. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Wheaton College.
