Seth Caughron

Seth Caughron began their work experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Columbia University in 2006 and ended in 2010. Seth then moved on to work as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Michigan State University from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on the ATLAS and DØ experiments, particularly the hardware-based trigger system and the study of the Higgs boson. Following this, Seth joined Deloitte in 2013 as a Senior Consultant and stayed until 2018. Currently, Seth is working at Symbotic as a Principal Data Scientist and Software Engineering Manager, starting in June 2018.

Seth Caughron completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics at Rutgers University from 2000 to 2004. Seth went on to pursue their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics at Columbia University, where they studied from 2004 to 2010.
