Shauna Andrade

Shauna Andrade currently serves as Director of HR Systems & Operations at Symbotic since May 2024. Previously, Andrade was Global HR Operations Leader at Revvity from January 2023 to May 2024, overseeing the centralization and transformation of the HR Service Delivery model globally. Andrade's experience includes a managerial role at PerkinElmer from June 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities encompassed leading the North America HR Shared Services team and acting as interim head of European HR Operations. Andrade also held various positions at The TJX Companies, Inc., where a focus on strategy development, process optimization, and budgeting was evident. Andrade earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University.
