Tiffany McGrath

Tiffany McGrath has a strong background in quality assurance and tax management. Tiffany started their career at Merchants Automotive Group in 2009 as an Excise Tax & Abatement Administrator, where they managed excise tax payments, billing, and reporting for six states. Tiffany then transitioned to the role of Lease Operations Specialist - Property Tax & Violations, where they monitored system development for accuracy and completed user training. In 2013, Tiffany took on the Excise Tax Accountant - SQA Lead position, managing excise and property tax for 12 states and overseeing a fleet of over 15,000 motor vehicles. Tiffany also served as the Excise/Property Tax & Violations Power User, working on the company's software development project. In 2014, Tiffany joined Symbotic as an Advanced SQA Engineer and later became a Senior SQA Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Functional QA Manager at Symbotic.

Tiffany McGrath obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University. Tiffany attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In 2016, Tiffany McGrath also obtained the MTA: Database Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
