Timothy Richer

Timothy Richer has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and technical support. Timothy has been working at Symbotic since 2017, where they started as a Web Development Intern before progressing to roles such as Software Engineer, Advanced Software Engineer, and currently Senior Software Engineer. At Symbotic, they have developed scripts in Python, R, and C# for automating data collection and visualization, created daily reports, and added new features to existing data collection tools.

Prior to joining Symbotic, Timothy worked as a Systems Engineer Co-Op at Kaspersky Lab in 2017, where they delivered webinars and demonstrations to individual customers for Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business. Timothy also managed a virtual environment using VMWare ESXi host and VMWare VCenter, which included Windows servers, workstations, and a Microsoft Exchange Server.

Before that, Timothy gained experience as a Service Desk Support Analyst Intern at KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. and as a Summer Technology Helper at Northbridge Public Schools in 2016 and 2015 respectively. Additionally, they worked as a Web Development Intern at Hawkeye Government Solutions from 2013 to 2014.

Timothy Richer attended Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued studies in Information Technology. Following that, Timothy Richer went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 2014 to 2018.
