Debra Bragg

Deb Bragg oversees all human resources functions for Symbria and is responsible for establishing and implementing the human resources strategies that support Symbria’s mission and success. Deb leads benefits and compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership and organization development, training, succession planning, and employee engagement, with special emphasis on building Symbria’s culture and reputation as an employee-owned, innovation-focused team.

Prior to joining Symbria, Deb was Chief Human Resources Officer for an alliance of academic medical centers. She also has multi-industry experience in human resources, organization development and operations.

Deb earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Loyola University and a Master of Science in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University.
