Thomas J. Kiser

Tom Kiser joined Symbria in 2017 where he serves as General Counsel and Compliance Officer. In this role, Tom is responsible for the legal department including oversight of all contracts for Symbria as well as providing legal support for all joint ventures, partnerships and acquisitions. As Compliance Officer, Tom is responsible for establishing, monitoring and enforcing Symbria’s compliance policies.

After serving as a staff nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital for 12 years, Tom went on to receive is law degree. Leveraging his unique background, Tom has spent his entire legal career in the healthcare space. Prior to joining Symbria, Tom was Vice President and General Counsel at University HealthSystem Consortium for over eight years and he held the same position at Lifelink Corporation for nearly five years.
