Kenneth Fernandez

Kenneth Fernandez serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary for Reddy Ice since February 2010, managing all legal matters including corporate, litigation, and compliance, while overseeing the Internal Audit and Environmental, Health & Safety departments. Kenneth provides legal counsel to executive management and the Board of Directors, coordinates Board meetings, and handles securities matters from Reddy Ice's time as a publicly traded entity. Prior experience includes various legal roles at Lennox International, including Chief Securities Counsel, and positions at Global Industrial Technologies and SnyderGeneral Corporation, along with early career experience at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Kenneth holds a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BA in Broadcast/Journalism from the University of Southern California.
