Lisa LaRocca

Lisa LaRocca is currently the financial controller at Symbridge, an early-stage Fintech company. Lisa has held this position for 2 years. Prior to that, they were with Symbridge for 6 years and 9 months, during which time they held various positions, including financial controller/head of human resources, financial controller, and controller/FINOP. Lisa was also the vice president of TMC Bonds.

Lisa has a long history of working in the financial industry and has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining financial controls, policies, procedures, reporting, and filings for various companies. Lisa is a project lead on the firm's new in-house billing system and has implemented and maintained new Accounts Receivable and Billing processes and procedures. Additionally, they have managed accounting operations, accounting close, account reporting, and reconciliations.

Lisa is also responsible for oversight of the finance department staff and employee engagement. Lisa is the corporate liaison with external auditors and assists with examinations by regulatory agencies. Additionally, they provide monthly sales budget metrics as well as a complex P&L analysis to the firm's CEO and President.

Lisa has been promoted several times throughout their career, culminating in their current position as financial controller at Symbridge. Her experience and dedication to their work make their an invaluable asset to the company.

Lisa LaRocca attended Dominican College from 1998-2002, where they received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Lisa then attended SUNY Orange for Business Administration. Lisa has also completed the FINRA Series 27.
