Victor Zimmermann, Jr.

Victor Zimmermann, Jr. is the Chief Legal Officer at Symbridge, an innovative, early-stage Fintech company that will transform digital asset exchange platforms. Prior to joining Symbridge, Mr. Zimmermann served as the Managing Partner of Blue Water Strategy Partners LLC, an Affiliate Partner of Stonehaven-LLC. Before launching their own law firm, VLZ Advisory LLC, Mr. Zimmermann was a Partner and Co-Chair of International Funds Group at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. Mr. Zimmermann began their career as an Enforcement Division Attorney at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Victor has over 30 years of legal experience advising domestic and global clients in all aspects of investment management.

Victor Zimmermann, Jr. attended Fordham University School of Law from 1974 to 1977. While there, they were a member of the National Moot Court Team. Victor then attended College of the Holy Cross from 1970 to 1974, where they studied political science. Finally, they attended Fordham Preparatory School from 1966 to 1970.
