Vicky Regan

Vicky Regan has a diverse work experience history. Vicky began their career as a Production Team Member at LUSH | UK & Europe in 2016. After that, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Bath and later at The University of Queensland in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Vicky then served as a Sustainability Consultant at The Panacea Group, where they managed projects in the renewable energy sector. In 2021, Vicky joined L'Oréal as a Customer Supply Chain Executive for a few months before transitioning to become the Head of Accelerator at acceler8, where they successfully developed the University of Bath's first accelerator program to support student entrepreneurs. Vicky then worked as a Sustainability & Operations Associate at Infyos in 2022. Vicky also became a FIND Alumni at Entrepreneur First in the same year. Currently, Vicky is an Engineering Leaders Scholar at the Royal Academy of Engineering. In 2023, they will start a new role as an Investor at Unruly Capital.

Vicky Regan has a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath. Additionally, they have completed an MEng Overseas Research project in Chemical Engineering at The University of Queensland.
