Giulia Marchione

Giulia Marchione is a seasoned Talent Development Partner at Symcor since September 2018, specializing in the design and implementation of Talent Development solutions, with a focus on Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Reviews. Prior to this role, Giulia held various positions at the Town of Oakville, including Talent Development Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, and Summer Programs Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing volunteer programs and overseeing summer camp operations. Giulia holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and possesses a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, both from McMaster University.
