Maduni de Freitas is a professional with a strong background in marketing communications and client experience design. They have worked at Symcor as a Sr Product Owner for Open Banking, at Scotiabank as a Senior Manager for Client Experience Design, and at TELUS as a Marketing Communications Manager. Currently, they hold the title of Program Manager Client Experience and have experience in employee engagement as a Team Manager in Client Care.
