Michael Gould

Michael Gould has extensive experience in procurement and contract services, currently serving at Symcor since February 2013. Prior professional roles include Vendor Management at CAA South Central Ontario from April 1997 to November 2012, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. Gould has led organization-wide initiatives in Business Process Improvement and Change Management, and has expertise in process mapping and internal purchasing systems using tools such as Microsoft Visio and SharePoint. Previous positions also included Senior Corporate Buyer and Facilities Coordinator, where skills in purchasing management, RFP processes, and vendor contracts were demonstrated. Gould holds education credentials from Seneca College and Ryerson University, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and professional development in negotiation and public speaking.
