Alyse Deluca

Alyse DeLuca is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Alternative Assets Associate at Symetra since February 2024. Previously, Alyse held the position of Associate I at Silicon Valley Bank from July 2021 to June 2023, focusing on Life Sciences and Healthcare, particularly in Digital Health and Med Tech. Alyse was also part of the Associate Development Program, covering multiple sectors including Sponsor Finance and Climate Tech. As President of the Bentley Sustainable Investment Group from October 2019 to May 2021, Alyse managed a student fund with a focus on ESG and sustainable investing, leading strategic initiatives and overseeing a team. Experience includes internships at Cigna as an Alternative Investments Intern and Eaton Vance as an Equity Research Intern. Alyse is pursuing an MBA at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, having previously earned a Master’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Bentley University.
